Definitive image of Pininfarina-designed JAS Tensei revealed

The story of the extraordinary JAS Tensei, designed by Pininfarina, continues to unfold ahead of its imminent global debut.

JAS Motorsport’s first high-performance road car — inspired by the 1990s-era Honda NSX and reimagined through a fresh, contemporary vision of the grand tourer concept — is now revealed in a series of new images showcasing the exterior and interior styling by Pininfarina, reflecting its final production appearance.

Featuring an all-carbon-fibre body, built upon the platform of the 1990s Honda NSX, Tensei incorporates technical solutions derived from motorsport — a field in which JAS has successfully operated for over thirty years.

The unveiling of the refined cockpit of JAS Tensei highlights a perfect balance of functionality, luxury and exclusivity — with hundreds of customisable combinations available — while remaining faithful to the original Honda NSX concept and avoiding unnecessary modern gimmicks.

Tensei’s Pininfarina-designed interior was crafted by JAS in collaboration with a top-tier industry partner to ensure a perfect blend of performance, emotion, and purity of form. The driver-centric cockpit features clean lines that emphasise the driving experience, while the arrangement of elements prioritises functional clarity and harmonious proportions.

The contrast between black and red surfaces creates a bold, distinctive visual identity, further enhanced by integrated sports seats, sculpted metal details, and high-quality technical materials. The result is an immersive and refined cockpit, capable of instantly conveying the car's racing DNA through a contemporary, elegant, and distinctively Italian design language.

The public debut will take place at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, scheduled for October 12–18 at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre. Tensei Unit 001 will be displayed in the exclusive Ultimate Supercar Garage alongside the official Honda Prelude HRC Concept, which enjoyed great success at the recent Goodwood Festival of Speed.
